My client is looking for a Customer Service Support Manager who has experience in working within a distribution managing a team of 15 in and around the Greater London (Buckinghamshire) area.
This role is to motivate and lead your team and to build relationships across all areas of the business and support the Service Delivery Manager
Some of the duties will include:
- Ensuring KPI’s are kept up to date
- Manage inventories and stock inbound and outbound
- Liaising with UK suppliers and reconciliation on booking in requests via Navison
- Assist in the team recruitment process
- Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports
This would suit someone that has supervised within a distribution centre and has been on a graduate programme that is thriving to enhance their career. A ambitious individual who can bring in new ideas with great motivation skills.
If you are interested to apply for this position then you will need proven experience in managing contact centre agents in a high performing Customer Services environment.
You will also possess a real passion and focus on the customer and your employees.
