We’re currently working with a great brand who are taking the UK by storm.
They are looking for an experienced leader within the SAAS space to work with a cross-functional sales team to build excellent business relationships with new and future customers.
You will be collaborating with and colleagues across the sales leadership team from other countries worldwide to ensure a standardised approach for the organisation.
You will also be responsible for the growth, recruitment, training and development of the team here in the UK.
This is an exciting role to be a part of a growing organisation who have aggressive growth plans.

You will ideally be:
• Experienced in selling SAAS products in a B2B capacity.
• Experienced in managing a team of Salespeople within the SAAS space.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record within a successful aggressive growth phase.
• A positive and driven individual with experience in the delivery of excellent sales performance both personally and leading a team.

UX Manager (INTERIM CONTRACT)

Job Title: UX Manager (INTERIM CONTRACT)
Location: South East/ Berkshire
Salary: Up to £500 per day
Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Interim UX Manager to lead the Digital UX, creating governance as well as being creative and innovative. This role requires somebody with a passion for Digital Customer Experience, specifically user experience, interaction design, navigation and information architecture.

Responsibilities:
• To continuously advocate the customer across functions
• Manage a team of contract and UX Managers
• Lead on large-scale website re-design that links to the overall Digital Strategy, ensuring that user experience roadmap items are business cased and change is managed appropriately
• Utilise data to optimise performance across the function
• Manage 3rd party relationships to create pivotal web experiences
• Responsible for Accessibility accreditation targets
• Support and proactively identify improvements to achieve CSAT and maximise the Customer Experience
• Creation and rollout of visual design to be used by the Content and Development teams
• Research of UX/UI, user-centred design and interaction design trends
