Job Title: Sales Consultant/Business Development Director (Contact Centre Solutions)
Location: UK Home Based.
Salary: £90- 100k base double OTE
Job Type: Permanent

This is an opportunity to work with the CEO and COO on the sales strategy and approach to market for an experienced sales and or account management professional with a level of technical astuteness, to join this established, well-funded cloud based software provider targeting the enterprise contact centre clients and channel alliance, strategic partnerships channels.

You will work with the pre and post sales teams and a first-class engineering team, using your knowledge and understanding of the contact centre tools and technology market to develop opportunities and meetings, identify RFI’s and RFP’s across the enterprise client market and strategic alliance and partner relationships.

Fundamentally this role will be carrying a sales target, but they are looking for an individual with a level of technical understanding of the market to make the right approach and to develop the future strategy.

If you are interested in applying for this position you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and create opportunities across the contact centre solutions market and proven experience working in a contact centre solutions, sales and or account management capacity.
