A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Success professional to take responsibility for the launch of a great SAAS technology-focused brand who are taking the UK market by storm before their official inception!

Having an existing customer base globally and due to their successes in the UK, my client is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success to spearhead the development of the division and to grow the UK based team.
It’s an exciting time to join the business as they move into the next phase of growth.

You will ideally be:
• Currently working as a VP Customer Success, Head of Customer Success, Lead or Head Account Manager.
• Experienced in building and managing a team from scratch.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAAS, Technology or Estate Agency industry.
• Happy to travel to the European HQ for meetings and training.
• Experienced in the development of relationships – particularly at C-Level.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the initial stages of a fast-growing business who already have a global presence.

You will be required to invest your time into the development of the UK business, and in return, the successful individual could also receive stock options as part of their role.
