Responsibilities include:
• Working as part of a highly skilled analyst team you’ll be responsible for using raw data sources to provide detailed insight to account/agent performance.
• Reporting on time utilisation you’ll ensure the team is correctly sized to support the business in BAU and in growth.
• Making sure workloads are effective for the advisors, you’ll ensure Average Handling Times (AHT’s) are reflected and in line with SLA/KPI’s.
• Using different methods of data analysation you’ll ensure the data presented can be interpreted and fully understood by any audience.

• Strong knowledge of databases using Microsoft Access and SQL Server (SQL query writing in particular).

We are partnered with a growing Utilities business in Surrey who are looking to hire an experienced Collections Team Leader to join their organisation.

Responsibilities will include:
• Coaching, managing and motivating advisors to provide an excellent service to customers.
• Working in collaboration with other business units to ensure continuity in service for customers.
• Taking ownership and accountability for the team’s performance.
• Providing regular reporting and insight to the Affordability & Collections Manager.
• Analysing, interpreting and using financial data to ensure that the team is focussed and that the business are effectively using their time.
• Creating a high performing and engaged culture through the team.

You will ideally be:
• A proven leader, able to execute operational excellence aligned with best practice.
• Experience managing a team of advisors.
• Contact centre and operational awareness of systems, processes and procedures.
• Experienced in collections activity is essential for this role.
• Experience working within Utilities would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

Managing a newly created team within this expanding business, you will be responsible for ensuring that processes and procedures are aligned with company policy and will work very closely with the Collections and Affordability Manager to ensure that communication is clear and effective at all times.

Are you an experienced developer with significant SQL databases?

Your main responsibility will be to assist continuous high-quality data management. You will assist in identifying and implementing appropriate tools and techniques to enable transactional data to be transformed into consumable information that can be analysed by the business, and inform decision-making.

Responsibilities include:
• To support the business intelligence and data manager to build and manage the BI platform so the business data analysis requirements can be retrieved, stored and viewed efficiently
• To support department data initiatives which help to inform the overall strategic direction of the business
• To mine large data, providing management information and reports in a format that the business can consume to inform decision making
• To constantly review the way data is processed in the business, looking for ways to improve running times and efficiency
• To help drive continuous improvements in data quality standards
• To maintain records of data owners and stewards in the business, tracking data usage, and ensuring they are aware of their obligations in relation to data management

If you are interested to apply you will need:
• Advanced Excel Previous experience in a BI role
• Experience of data quality management concepts Experience of T-SQL
Experience of SSIS/SSRS, ETL and data warehousing Proactive problem-solving skills
• Detailed data analysis and presentation skills Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical detail into simple language that non-technical people can understand
• Able to operate in a fast-changing market and environment, often tackling issues without clear precedents Organised, methodical, able to deliver to agreed deadlines
• Confident in own judgement and decision-making, sees challenges as development opportunities not problems

Are you an experienced Leader of developers with significant SQL database knowledge?

This role will lead a team of Developers that are responsible for the optimal performance of MIBI data processing platforms, including code optimisation and capacity management.
Deliver a robust data warehousing solution to the business.

Responsibilities include:
• To support the Insight and Data Manager to build and manage the BI platform so that business data analysis requirements can be retrieved, stored and viewed efficiently.
• To support the Data and Insight Manager to define data warehousing strategy and timeline.
• To oversee and maintain robust data dictionaries and models on a regular basis
• To oversee and identify, implement, maintain and continuously improve appropriate tools and techniques to enable transactional data to be transformed into consumable information (power BI reports and dashboards) that can be analysed by the business, and inform decision-making
• To manage the day to day development lifecycle to facilitate reporting and BI development within the team, to ensure documentation is up to data and reflects current business rules and definitions
• To help drive continuous improvements in data quality standards

If you are interested to apply you will need:
• Experience in a data manipulation role
• Proven use of standards compliance including development practices and disciplines (including commenting code, formatting code, splitting into functions
• Previously held team leadership role in a similar function
• Experience in writing complex T-SQL (Transact SQL) stored procedures
• Microsoft SQL server 2014/16 server side development including (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Experience of database administration
• Experience of data warehousing
• Power BI experience
