Job Title: Account Manager/Portfolio Manager/Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £42k plus excellent bonus and outstanding company benefits

I am looking for a highly successful Account Manager / Portfolio Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join an exciting well-established organisation, based in London.
My client supports UK Businesses to develop a portfolio of accounts enabling the subscribers to utilise the full services that the organisation can offer. You will report to the Senior Client Relationship Director.
The main purpose of this role is to manage and develop designated accounts by ensuring clients are utilising their membership and maximise retention and revenue through proactive and regular engagement.
Some of the duties will include:
• Being a strong support line to your portfolio of accounts
• Working to the company’s goals and strategies and focus on building long term relationships
• Demonstrate ROI of the services the company offers to its customers
• Look and analysis the customer surveys and data
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within commercial markets across a range of business sectors. You will be someone who can demonstrate a wide and strategic awareness of customer service, best practice and trend. You must have strong negotiation and influencing skills and be able to project confidence in the delivery of developing and retaining accounts. You will need to have your own car and a full clean driving licence.
