I am currently recruiting for an ICT Security Technical Lead for a large public sector organisation based in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting journey. This Organisation have recently split from one of their affiliates and are looking to have a fully-fledged ICT structure by April 2021. This brings with it significant opportunities to establish their own operational ICT team and thereafter to transform their ICT to provide efficient, effective and modern services to their staff.

Main Responsibilities:
• To participate in and constructively contribute to internal security forums, ensuring that ICT security actions are aligned to organisational priority and need.
• To provide technical specifications and be the primary liaison for independent technical security health checks (penetration testing), taking ICT Security
• To provide expert technical security advice and associated assurance to all ICT-based projects and other technical ICT activities
• To lead the technical investigation of any cyber-security incidents impacting the companies ICT
• To undertake impact assessments of new legislation, threats, ICT suppliers, and solutions, and to initiate new or changed ICT security controls, protocols or procedures.

I am looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to start as soon as possible. This is a newly created position and an integral part of the organisations Analysis service department.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role involving performance management systems
• Be comfortable using BI tools including: SAP Business Objects, Power BI etc.
• Be confident liaising with key stakeholders
• Be passionate about data and technology and be looking to develop further in this area

Responsibilities include:
• Support deployment of data to users through enhancing self-serve and ensuring consistency, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of analytical products.
• Ensure up to date knowledge on the key functional capabilities that can be delivered through performance management systems.
• Provide technical guidance, support, training and assistance in the use of performance systems and access to information.
• Implement and test software upgrades and patches in collaboration with ICT.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, including cover for colleagues, as required.

Resource Planner

My client is looking for a Scheduler to work within their operations support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively scheduling the engineer’s diaries daily, including setting up and ordering parts for further visits when required. You will be working in a team of planners to ensure that all work is planned for effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some planning experience and is looking for a new challenge in a company with great opportunities and career growth.

What experience do I need?
• You will have experience within a similar role as a planner or scheduler
• You will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of scheduling and planning applications
• You will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a production planning or work force scheduling role.
• Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Planning tools
