We are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager who will use the BI to develop reports, analyse them and produce results which can be used to support discussions and negotiations to key internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the Responsibilities include:

• Actively liaise with internal stakeholders to collate overall picture of performance, using this to produce monthly reports and analysis
• Review and analyse performance and prepare MI packs for periodic meetings
• Build strong and collaborative relationships to understand overlaps and gaps. Define and describe these, highlighting any risks or opportunities to the company
• Identify missed opportunities in current business practices and propose new schemes

If you are interested to apply:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint essential to this role
• Minimum requirement of having achieved the FIT CII qualification
• Experienced in achieving a positive impact to business practice through analytics

My client is looking for a Resource Planning and Dialler Analyst to support in creating effective resource plans that are based on data inputs from all areas of the business. You will be required to analyse data, recommend strategies and build forecasts based on call volume and length.

• Inbound and Outbound Resource planning
• Work collaboratively to ensure data & resource are applied to optimise dialling in a compliant and efficient manner
• Operational monitoring of relevant technology
• Proactively identify performance challenges across the operation
• Ensure you remain compliant and adhere to all company policies and regulations

Some of the Responsibilities include:

• Managing operational resource planning and scheduling for all areas of the business including contact centres, back office functions, billing and collections and complaints teams with a mix of inhouse and outsourced operations. The remit will cover long term, midterm and short-term planning as well as scheduling and intraday resource management.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and high performance where data driven insight informs decision making through collaboration across insight, change and operational teams.
• Manage operational performance for the Customer Service Centres by coordinating resources and skills to deliver key customer Performance Metrics.
• Measure the Real Time Teams contribution to overall service performance and articulate the benefits.
• Provide insight and analysis relating to performance drivers

The Head of Content will oversee the “chat community” function of the business with around 7 Operations Managers and between 70 and 100fte.

This role requires you to be able to work closely with the Customer Services Director and you will be responsible for the Operations of the overall “Chat Community Team”. You will build and develop this online community.

• Creating a vision and strategy for the UK Chat Operations
• Working closely with stakeholders and create and engaging an exciting chat content
• Formulating key measurements to ascertain ROI and SLA
• Analyse and interpret the customers data and trends
