I thoroughly recommend Michelle and her team at Douglas Jackson for the simple reason that they care about people whether you are a client or candidate to ensure they deliver the right match. Whilst that might mean you have not been successful in the role, what you will experience is clarity in communication, attention to detail during the process and personalised feedback that you can take away. I was made redundant in July and due back in work on 2/11 and in that time I got very close to a very senior role and put a lot of work into the application. Every minute was well spent and I appreciated the support and recognition from Michelle. Despite the fact I didn’t quite make the final stage she made me feel like I had still won which is quite a skill under the circumstances. I was also impressed with how Michelle organises business webinars with expert speakers on specific subjects (example dealing with home working due to COVID) which was informative and enjoyable to take part in.
