Promotions and new appointments are up considerably on the same quarter 2023. The Customer Experience Director continues to see the biggest gain with 81% more appointments of these roles than last year. The Chief Customer Officer is up by 21% and 36% for the Customer Service Director roles. Overall if we look at both Q1 and Q2 for 2024 vs 2023 we are up by 30% across all appointments.
