Holly Beeston
Holly, leads our Utilities and Infrastructure practice area, helping companies across Electric Vehicle, Water, Energy, Gas, Cleantech, Renewables and the SaaS and Professional Service firms who work with the Utility sector. Holly is a proud Working Mom to Jax and is also an Advocate for Women Utilities Network (WUN) and POWERful Women (PfW), Award Winning in the Great British Businesswoman award and also a speaker at various events across the Utilities sector. Holly has signed up for the three peaks challenge and is a regular competitor at Hyrox.
Perry Fletcher
Perry heads up our Operational Support functional specialist hiring working cross sectors to help you hire more effective strategic business and workforce planning, performance roles that drive decision intelligence, and to navigate the business critical hires that bring the best operations together; Data, Insight, Analytics, Resource Planning, AI agents, tools and technologies. Father to Evie and Rory, he has a passion for analytics, Perry is a foundation member, active participant and judge for The Forum, as well as a football referee and Commonwealth Games/Olympics volunteer. Perry has recently completed his first full marathon.
John Montgomery
John leads our Banking, Building Society, Insurance and Financial Services practice area, working with large established general insurers, building societies, fintech and insurtech, scaling disruptors, brokers, MGA, underwriters, and the SaaS, Outsourcers and Professional Services companies who serve the same. John is actively involved with 100 Women in Insurance and is an avid runner, recently completing his first half marathon.
Michelle Ansell
Michelle is one of the Founding members of the firm and leads the team across the other markets, Housing Associations, Property, Facilites management, SAAS, Retail and Travel. Passionate about Diversity and helping deliver more balanced long and shortlists. Michelle has Atos and Dozer, two Bracco Italiano dogs and competes them both in the UK and Italy. Michelle is also a voluntary board members at the Customer Institute, Chair of the UK CX Awards Steering Committee, an active member of Women in Customer Experience and also a Chair and Judge for Awards International and other organisations. Michelle will be on the Yoga mat at least twice a week.
Rebecca Harris provides the foundations for all of our team here at Douglas Jackson, as she effortlessly keeps us organised, and oversees the delivery of our invaluable operational support functions. Mom to Luke and Liv, Rebecca coordinates research and diary activities for the Executive Search practice and our Managing Partners.
Taylor Fredericks runs our research and outreach activities, supporting Holly and the other consultants to effectively identify, attract and engage individuals for our retained assignments and to help book appointments and meetings that offer insight, help and advice on the current trends and topics from across the sectors.
Mark Murgatroyd runs our business development and client service activities, working with Perry and the wider team to help bring together like minded C-suite and Directors to share knowledge, insights and what we are seeing and hearing in the various sectors to help inform and develop better, longer term relationships.
