What is Customer Success?
It's a good question.
Similalry to CX, Customer Success is charting it's course, not always successfully.

The role of a Customer Success leader is predominanly found in SAAS and Professional Services firms.
Whilst similar to Customer Experience in a good number of ways, it should not be considered a similar role, although that said, there is real gold in the combination of a strong Customer Success, Customer Experience strategy, coupled with a Chief Growth Officer, Sales Director, or Chief Revenue Officer... perhaps one for the Chief Customer Success Officer then?
