Holly Beeston
Holly, leads our Utilities practice area, helping companies across Electric Vehicle, Water, Energy, Gas, Cleantech, Renewables and the SaaS and Professional Service firms who work with the Utility sector. Holly is a proud Working Mom to Jax and is also an Advocate for Women In Utilities, Award Winning in the Great British Businesswoman award and also a speaker at various events across the Utilities sector.
Perry Fletcher
Perry heads up our Operational Support functional specialist hiring working cross sectors to help you hire Resource Planning, Forecasting, Resourcing, Insight, Data, AI and Analytics Directors and subject matter experts. Father to Evie and Rory, he has a passion for analytics, Perry is a foundation member, active participant and judge for The Forum, as well as a football referee and Commonwealth Games/Olympics volunteer. Perry has also just signed up for his first full marathon
John Montgomery
John leads our Insurance and Financial Services practice area, working with large established general insurers, fintech and insurtech scaling disruptors, brokers, underwriters, and the SaaS, Outsourcers and Professional Services companies who serve the same. John is actively involved with 100 Women in Insurance and is an avid runner, recently completing his first half marathon.
Michelle Ansell
Michelle is one of the Founding members of the firm and leads the team across the other markets, Housing Associations, SAAS, Retail and Travel. Passionate about Diversity and helping deliver more balanced long and shortlists, Michelle has Atos and Dozer, two Bracco Italiano dogs. Michelle is also a voluntary board members at the Customer Institute, Chair of the UK CX Awards Steering Committee, an active member of Women in Customer Experience and also a Chair and Judge for Awards International and other organisations. Michelle will be on the Yoga mat at least twice a week.
Rebecca provides the foundations for all of our team here at Douglas Jackson, as she effortlessly keeps us organised, and overseas the delivery invaluable operational support functions. Mom to Luke and Liv, Rebecca coordinates research and diary activities for the Executive Search practice and our Managing Partners.
Sue is our Head of Business Development and Customer Success, Sue supports the Executive Search Practice areas with targetted support attracting and retaining the right type of clients who will fully benefit from our tailored proposition and services, to make sure we add the most value to each individuals unique set of challenges. Mom to Beryl the Dachshund.
Lucy is an Executive Assistant and also offers operational support, research, insight and coordination across our Executive Search practice, Lucy is bilingual after living a significant amount of her life in Paris, France and has her beloved horse Max, Lucy organises an annual demonstration sprint for up to 100 vintage, classic cars and motorcycles, to raise funds for the Staffordshire Clubs for Young People.
