How to Improve Your Interview Performance
27 June 2012Employee Engagement – Are your employees engaged?
24 July 2012Last week TeamDJ attended the Customer Service Training Awards Dinner and Presentations hosted by Don Hales and Anne-Marie Lose of the Customer Service Training Network at the Radisson Blu, Heathrow.
This will be the fourth year we have been delighted to support the Customer Service Training Awards both as a judge, of which there were over 130 in total this year and in attending their events and awards ceremony. We can honestly say that the standard of entries is always extremely high and this year was no exception.
At the pre-dinner networking we were able to meet and talk with a number of the finalists, which was a great opportunity for us to learn more about the people who are involved in the training and delivery to their operational teams. Thank you so much to all of you who were happy to share your experience and entry with us.
The networking was followed by some interesting conversations around the dinner tables with some new and well known contacts whilst we all enjoyed a very good three course lunch. This was then followed by the main entertainment provided by Mo Shapiro; who ‘is just like Victoria Wood’. Mo recreates monologues and sing songs written by Victoria Wood and we have to say that her fitness sketch was a highlight indeed!
Finally to the part most of us had been waiting for, the winners and award presentations (one of which was announced by our own Managing Partner, Michelle Ansell). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable event and CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners & finalists!

PS. A big THANK YOU to Don and Anne-Marie who once again put on an excellent event!

Hi Aino, thanks very much for your comment. You are right, we think any training is really important and can be quite difficult to get right. Getting that level of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty we are all striving to achieve is a big challenge, some individuals and organisations have really delivered great things and the awards are a great place to help celebrate this.
