Best Practice across the Contact Centre Industry:
3 February 2012Great Interview Presentation & Preparation
17 February 2012Actually, it is not really us that will be embarking on an extraordinary expedition but the adventurous Customer Experience and Change Consultant, from BlueDucks Consulting, Geoff Major.
Geoff will be braving polar bears, thin ice and temperatures of -35°C on his way to the North Pole and all to raise money for some deserving charities.
Geoff is heading off on his quest to the North Pole in May 2012 and #TeamDJ have dug into their reserves to help support and sponsor Geoff. This has also given Douglas Jackson an opportunity for our company logo to feature on the flag he will be taking with him, allowing us, (well , the DJ logo), to be with Geoff, literally, every step of the way!
We are really proud to support Geoff and wish him all the best. To follow Geoff in his gruelling preparations and amazing journey you can head over to his Blog.
You also can also support and sponsor Geoff, or maybe join us #ontheflag by visiting http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=GeoffMajorNational
Best of luck Geoff!
UPDATE:
Geoff Major reached the North Pole at 4AM ON 14TH APRIL 2012 – Well Done Geoff – What an achievement!
His final North Pole adventure blog can be found here http://a-reet-yorkshire-adventure.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/and-finally-we-come-to-end.html
Here is Geoff and the #DJLogo #ontheflag at the North Pole!

[…] our blog for sometime you may remember back in 2012 when Douglas Jackson (well the logo #ontheflag) made it to the North Pole, by supporting Geoff Major from BlueDucks Consulting and #hashtaginvolve. […]
You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I’m
looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang
of it!
Thanks for your comments Susanna, do you mean the blog presentation, or the trek to the North Pole?
