Senior Resource Manager required in the Midlands for a global leading business to help develop and lead resourcing strategy and commercial optimisation of resources. Working at a senior level, to board level and leading a large team within resourcing. Resource Planning Manager required in the North West to join a large, leading business and contact centre operation. Leading a team of Analysts and responsible for the delivery of medium to long term forecasts and resource plans.
Resource Planning Analyst required in the South West to join an ambitious, professional and friendly leading business. You will monitor and adjust intra-day and develop forecasting, scheduling and trend analysis across a number of departments for a blended, front & back office contact centre.
Senior Manager – Resource Planning & Analytics a newly created role to join a prestigious and highly regarded organisation in Central London. This is a strategic and senior level appointment to design and deliver a best-in-class, planning and analysis team and to lead a number of operational support functions. In addition to your Resource Planning & Analytical understanding and experience, you will need to be a credible leader, who can deliver highly effective change and be able to operate at the highest levels with internal and external stakeholders.

Resource Planning Manager in the South East this role will lead a small team of resource planning, forecasting and real-time analysts to support this high quality, complex contact centre. You will be the subject matter expert across the business, delivering a highly effective end-to-end resource planning function.
Resourcing Officer in London to join a large resourcing department, within this blue-chip organisation, working with stakeholders and across a variety of projects to deliver effective resourcing solutions, forecasting and analytics.
Forecasting and Planning Analyst based in the South West; Working with a leading financial services provider, there is an opportunity for an experienced forecasting and planning analyst to join their team to help deliver effective forecasting across customer service and a multi-site, multi-channel contact centre operation.
